New Jersey Authorities Launch Investigation and Manhunt After Fatal Home Invasion Homicide

A 35-year-old mother and psychotherapist was found stabbed to death in her home in Chester, New Jersey, last month, prompting investigators to launch a search for her killer.

Brooke Hanlon, a 35-year-old mother, was discovered dead in her home on June 6, and despite ongoing investigations, no suspect has been named.

Hanlon worked as a psychotherapist in Bernardsville, according to her LinkedIn profile, which has been a focus of the investigation.

An examination by the Morris County Medical Examiner's Office determined the cause of death to be multiple sharp force injuries and the manner of death as homicide.

The Morris County Prosecutor's Office is leading the investigation, and a $1,000 reward has been offered by Morris County Crime Stoppers for any information that could lead to an arrest.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
